Our wide choice of cocktails includes iconic classics such as the Negroni Sbagliato, modern masterpieces such as the Vesper Martini, plus Limoncello and much more. When you want to cool down, or just have a craving for something sweet, head on deck for complimentary soft serve chocolate or vanilla ice cream. You can also purchase handcrafted ice cream sandwiches, iced coffees and frappés at Coffee & Cones.
On sailings that are five nights or longer, there will be one or more formal nights, which do require adhering to a dress code in the dining venues. Cocktail dresses, evening gowns or dressy pantsuits are appropriate for women, while dark suits, tuxedos or dinner jackets and slacks are required for men, along with dressy footwear. If you don't want to dress up or forgot appropriate attire, you're welcome to dine at the buffet or any of the other casual dining options on board during formal night.
The up-charge for this venue is also $29, with the Surf & Turf option costing an additional $10. Developed in collaboration with Chef Ernesto Uchimura, the menu offers an upscale twist to traditional pub favorites. The venue also features craft beer and premium whiskey selections. Guests can also pre-order complimentary stateroom breakfast which includes a selection of fresh fruit, cold cereals, pastries, and an egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast muffin. Breakfast options include your typical fare complete with a custom egg station. Lunch options include deli selections, a custom salad bar, and several hot entrees.
This sundeck is home to multi-level seating with fantastic views of the bow of the ship, an indoor-outdoor pool, and a signature bar. The best part is that it is completely free for guests to enjoy. On both the starboard side and portside of the outdoor Promenade, guests can enjoy food items like pizza, burgers, and tacos.
While technically inside the Dome, the Cascade Bar is another unique bar for cruisers lounging poolside or enjoying the nightly entertainment in The Dome. New to Sun Princess is an outdoor promenade at the aft of Deck 9. Not far from The Eatery (the cruise ship’s buffet), there is a variety of al fresco seating options along with several quick service stations. Our main dining rooms give you the flexibility to choose so you can eat where, when and what you want.
The Juneau Dining Room is on Deck 5, and the Skagway and Ketchikan Dining Rooms are on Deck 6. Given we were sailing at 63% capacity, the Juneau dining room was not open on our cruise. Cruising in 2022 has changed, and this includes the main dining room experience on Princess Cruises. While in the past Princess had “traditional dining” and “Anytime Dining”, this has been replaced with “Dine My Way”.
