We have had the dog park amenity for many years, and on occasion it does get muddy, particularly in the early spring after the thaw. At least this way the residents may not be surprised when they see deductions in their security deposit. We had to pay 210$ as apartment cleaning charges in addition to 75$ for carpet shampooing. Initially they mentioned to us that the charge for cleaning would be 170$ , but when we got the final bill , it went up to 210$. They did give us a receipt of the cleaning agency they hired for shampooing and janitorial cleaning. Living at a rented property is always something and living at Ramblewood is not different in any way.
However, there is something which I would want to point out to all future residents regarding the security deposit which the management takes while signing the lease. So , the lease states that you have to return the apartment in the exact same condition in which it was delivered to you. BUT it also states that minor wear and tear is acceptable. IT clearly states that minor stains on the carpet is ok as long as there is no major damage to the carpets due to pet stains. When our lease ended, the community charged us 75$ carpet shampooing fee. I tried to reason this out with them , but it fell on deaf ears.
Moved here from South FL. Because I travel a lot for work moving things in and having furniture delivered when you live alone is difficult. Had it not been for them I’m not sure how things would’ve turned out during the process. Management has gone above and beyond for the 9+ months I’ve been here. We've had roaches our entire stay which pest control is a joke and won't handle so I bought my own bait and traps. Rents over priced, apartment does not look like the pictures. Also they never clean under any appliances between renters.... Covered carport parking options are available for residents.

After searching GR this is the best square footage I've found for my money. Due to age of property the heating system isn't always adequate and wall unit AC doesn't always cool sufficiently. I've had no issues in my current home with any neighbors and I love the wooded views! Maintenance always shows up promptly and addresses the few issues I've had. Ramblewood Apartments has 3 shopping centers within 0.7 miles, which is about a 13-minute walk.
