However, we have been kicked out since the rent was raised 200$ and we were paying below market rate. They charged our complete deposit amount for silly reasons. When my guest parked the car in Office spot for 30mins they posted a glaring sticker with "Do not park here" written on the windshield which we were not able to take it off. Super thin walls, you can literally hear people talking next door and god forbid if there is a young couple on the floor above you.

At least this way the residents may not be surprised when they see deductions in their security deposit. We had to pay 210$ as apartment cleaning charges in addition to 75$ for carpet shampooing. Initially they mentioned to us that the charge for cleaning would be 170$ , but when we got the final bill , it went up to 210$. They did give us a receipt of the cleaning agency they hired for shampooing and janitorial cleaning. However, there is something which I would want to point out to all future residents regarding the security deposit which the management takes while signing the lease. So , the lease states that you have to return the apartment in the exact same condition in which it was delivered to you. BUT it also states that minor wear and tear is acceptable. IT clearly states that minor stains on the carpet is ok as long as there is no major damage to the carpets due to pet stains. When our lease ended, the community charged us 75$ carpet shampooing fee. I tried to reason this out with them , but it fell on deaf ears.

Moved here from South FL. Because I travel a lot for work moving things in and having furniture delivered when you live alone is difficult. After searching GR this is the best square footage I've found for my money. Due to age of property the heating system isn't always adequate and wall unit AC doesn't always cool sufficiently. They force me to pay the money which i dont owe to them. They are not ready ti talk, and the property manager, Andrea disconnected the phone while talking and never picked again. Ramblewood Apartments has 5 parks within 3.3 miles, including Central Park , Quarry Lakes Regional Recreation Area, and Alameda Creek Regional Trail. Silicon Valley commuters enjoy having a train station in town, while Highway 84 and Interstate 880 are used by those who prefer to drive. Fremont Boulevard has a variety of restaurants, shops, event venues, and other businesses, providing residents with plenty of amenities not far from home.

There are lots of minor problems with the fixtures, appliances, doors, etc and the management seems to be either uninterested or incapable of handling them. On the bright side, a new company has purchased the property so perhaps conditions will improve. Probably the best thing about this complex is its location. Just a few minutes from 3 freeways, a large shopping mall, an outlet mall, several food centers including 2 Walmarts, 2 Meijers and 2 Targets, and SEVERAL strip malls. There is a golf course nearby and Kent Trails walking/biking trail runs right through the property.

In March, I went into the leasing office to ask if they would work with me to end my lease one month early on July 1 vice August 1. ' The response was that I would only end my lease one month early by paying two months rent. I'll just pay the July rent, keep my key, and you can get the key on August 1 through the mail. They clean the laundry facilities, they clean the outdoor stairs, the parking lot... And now that they just had sold the group, they also power cleaned and painted all the outside walls of the building.

Be aware that they allow dogs here, if you do not like dogs or are afraid of casual encounters with them, do not live here! You will run into dogs on an almost daily basis. To sum it up, this place is very average. Not horrible but nothing to brag about either. In the 3 1/2 years I've lived there, the screen door has had to be replaced multiple times due to an un-level patio door. The windows freeze shut in the winter and form ice on the INSIDE due to poor insulation.

Richardson and Marwood were denied by last-ditch tackles, interventions and goalkeeping saves. "He's anaemic, but he's leading the line superbly," was Graham's assessment of Smith as the striker scored two goals in Arsenal's 4–1 win at West Ham United. David Rocastle and Michael Thomas were the other goalscorers, contributing to the team's 13 league goals in four away matches. The player with the highest number of appearances in the Bundesliga, Charly Körbel, spent his entire senior career as a defender for Eintracht Frankfurt.

Each team played 38 matches; two against every other team and one match at each club's stadium. Three points were awarded for each win, one point per draw, and none for defeats. 17 different players represented Arsenal in four competitions and there were 14 different goalscorers.

Eintracht won the DFB-Pokal in 1974, 1975, 1981, 1988 and in 2018, and took the UEFA Cup over another German team, Borussia Mönchengladbach, in 1980. Their opponents in the final, that year's Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich, previously qualified to participate in the Champions League. In 2018–19 UEFA Europa League, Eintracht reached the semi-finals of the competition, only losing on penalties to the eventual champions, Chelsea. A very special jersey in Arsenal’s history, Nike swapped the usual red for blackcurrant in tribute to the club’s first ever kit.

The Guardian correspondent David Lacey opined that the combination play between Smith and Merson was "crucial to Arsenal's momentum" as was Rocastle's athleticism down the right. Martin Hayes made a rare start for Arsenal and crucially scored the winner against Middlesbrough, all but relegating the North-East side. The absence of Davis, out with an injury, was felt as Arsenal unexpectedly lost at home to Derby County. In their final home match of the season Arsenal were held to a 2–2 draw by Wimbledon, paving the way for Liverpool to leapfrog them into first place and move three points clear. With one game remaining, Arsenal's title chances were as good as over. Consecutive away fixtures brought mixed results; Arsenal beat Southampton 3–1 before drawing one-all at Old Trafford against Manchester United.

Eintracht hold the record for most consecutive away games without a win from 20 August 1985 to 25 August 1987. Paul Oßwald led Eintracht Frankfurt to the German championship in 1959 and the European Cup final in 1960. In 2018–19, Eintracht had the 21st highest attendance in Europe, ahead of such prominent clubs as Olympique Lyonnais, Paris Saint-Germain and Valencia CF.

The day after the game he saw a picture of himself on the back page of the Daily Mirror with donkey ears. The jibes affected Adams privately, but he later recollected how it motivated him to "play that much better." Arsenal strengthened their position at the top of the table with four straight wins, conceding no goals. Despite winning the next game, Frankfurt sacked coach Michael Skibbe, replacing him with Christoph Daum. Frankfurt achieved only three draws from the last seven games of the season and were relegated on the 34th matchday. The club's initial games from 1899 to 1906 were played on the former Hundswiese field, whose present day location would be near Hessischer Rundfunk. From 1912 the team moved to a new ground at Roseggerstraße in Dornbusch with more facilities, before relocating to the former Riederwaldstadion in 1920 following the fusion of Frankfurter FV and Frankfurter Turngemeinde von 1861. Since 1925 their stadium has been the Waldstadion, which is currently named Deutsche Bank Park for sponsorship reasons. A total of 20 teams competed in the First Division in the 1988–89 season.

Smith and Perry Groves each scored in Arsenal's 2–0 win against Luton Town, but February ended with a goalless draw at home to Millwall. Doubts were raised over Arsenal's championship credentials as Millwall successfully nullified their opponents' attacking threat. The visitors' own attacking duo – Teddy Sheringham and Tony Cascarino got the better of a struggling Adams, who was fortunate not to have conceded a penalty in the first half. Though Arsenal remained in first place after 27 matches, the gap built at the start of the calendar year was diminishing. In both clubs' early years, there used to be a fierce rivalry, but after World War II Eintracht proved to be the stronger club and the ways parted and the rivalry deteriorated due to lack of contact.

The club's primary rival is local club Kickers Offenbach, although, due to spending most of their history in different divisions, the two have only played two league matches within the last 40 years. Earlier in the year manager George Graham had started to assemble a squad with a blend of youth and experience. Having already signed defenders Steve Bould and Lee Dixon, he set about trimming the squad letting Steve Williams and Kenny Sansom leave.

Red and white are the colours of the city coat of arms, and black and white the colours of Prussia. When the clubs merged, officials decided to adopt the colours of both sides. Since local rival Kickers Offenbach sport the colours red and white, Eintracht avoids playing in such a kit, preferring to play in black and red, or in black and white. The side continued to play good football and earned themselves a place as one of the original 16 teams selected to play in the Bundesliga, Germany's new professional football league, formed in 1963. Eintracht played Bundesliga football for 33 seasons, finishing in the top half of the table for the majority of them. The logo has evolved slowly over time, showing little significant change until 1980, when a stylized eagle in black and white was chosen to represent the team.

Goalkeepers

Kevin Richardson and Brian Marwood were singled out for praise by journalist Vince Wright, with the former "doing an excellent job on Speedie," and the latter seemingly "involved in every penetrating move." He made an instant impact, guiding his team to League Cup success, and the club finished fourth in the Football League First Division. Arsenal however slipped to sixth in the league the following season, and lost out to Luton Town in the League Cup final a year later.

It also incorporated the Club badge, which was positioned on the left-hand side of the shirt. Working to a tight budget, the Club decided the most inexpensive way of acquiring a strip was to kit out the team in the same colour as the ex-Forest players. This original kit comprised a dark red shirt with long sleeves, a collar and three buttons down the front. The shirt was worn with white knee length shorts and heavy woollen socks with blue and white hoops.
